Marco and Angelo are well known around Limbiate and Desio, where they both work in real estate so it’s no surprise their wedding day felt like a genuine community event, with familiar faces from the area showing up to celebrate alongside them.

The day started with preparations at their own home in Bovisio Masciago, followed by a civil ceremony at the town hall there, before everyone moved out to Latterraggio, in the countryside of Caprino Bergamasco, for the reception a venue set in a large park in the hills of the Bergamasco Prealps, with plenty of room to let the party spread out. One guest in particular made the day even more memorable: Giovanni Trapattoni yes, that Trapattoni — was there as a close friend of the couple, and by every account was every bit as warm and funny in person as his reputation suggests.

I shot and edited this one in 4K, working alongside Roncaglione Wedding Photographers Alessandro Roncaglione is genuinely one of the people who shaped how I approach this work, one of my mentors in photography, and someone with a serious reputation in destination weddings internationally. Getting to collaborate with him again on this one was a real pleasure.
