Demi & Mark — A Tuscan Wedding at Villa Boscarello

Some weddings feel like work with good moments in it. This one felt like a party we happened to be filming.

Demi and Mark, an American couple, chose Villa Boscarello in Trequanda for their wedding a 17th-century estate tucked between the Crete Senesi and the Val d’Orcia, with the kind of golden Tuscan hills around it that genuinely don’t need much help looking good on camera. Everything happened in one location: ceremony, aperitivo, dinner, dancing, all of it flowing naturally from one part of the villa to the next without anyone having to think about logistics. That kind of setup changes the whole energy of a day nobody’s watching the clock, nobody’s rushing between venues, everyone just settles in.

And settle in they did. Demi and Mark were some of the kindest people I’ve worked with, and it showed in their guests the whole day had this loose, genuinely happy atmosphere that’s hard to fake. If I’m honest, the team had just as much fun as the couple did.

A big part of that came down to Blooming Eventi and Vitoria Mariane, who planned the day. She’s Brazilian, incredibly kind, and just easy to work alongside the kind of planner who keeps a wedding running smoothly without ever making it feel managed. Photography was in the hands of Simone Primo, who’s shot at Villa Boscarello before and clearly knows how to work with its light. On second camera with me was Claudio De Pompeis, a photographer and videomaker in his own right who I was glad to have alongside me on a day this good.
